Peachy Timer is a macOS menu bar application that allows you to create and manage timers through an intuitive drag gesture interface. The app provides both free and premium features.

3. Free and Premium Features

Peachy Timer operates on a freemium model:

• Free Features: Basic timer functionality, including creating timers, notifications, and standard customization options.
• Premium Features: Advanced features such as unlimited simultaneous timers, quick presets, additional themes, and other enhanced functionality require a purchase.

We reserve the right to modify which features are included in free and premium tiers at any time.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions for payments.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Intellectual Property

Peachy Timer, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app's branding without permission
• Remove any proprietary notices from the app

7. User Conduct

You agree to use Peachy Timer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Peachy Timer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peachy Timer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
